Security and privacy
Most captures are easy to share with a link. For sensitive work, paid plans let you make media private and control who can open it.

CONTROL WHO CAN VIEW
Open sharing
Open links are the fastest way to share everyday screenshots and recordings. If the content should only be seen by particular people, choose private sharing and add the access control that fits.
Best when recipients should open the capture immediately and the content is safe to share with anyone who receives the URL.
Best when a password, sign-in, named recipient, or limited viewing window should stand between the link and the media.
Private sharing
Private screenshots and recordings are stored separately from open media. Creator Shots checks the active protection before giving a viewer temporary access to the file.
The underlying screenshot or recording remains private instead of relying only on an unguessable page address.
Authorized viewers receive time-limited access that can be checked again as protections change.
Access controls
Paid plans let you choose one or more protections based on who should see the capture and for how long.
Give recipients a password they must enter before viewing the media.
Set a future time after which the share stops resolving.
Team members sign in and access links limited to the active workspace.
Require sign-in and match the viewer’s email against an explicit recipient list.
